You're invited to exhibit at the 2013 ATA Tradeshow 

The Alabama Turfgrass Association is hosting our Annual Turfgrass Conference and Tradeshow in Auburn, AL on October 29th-31st.  We would like to invite you to participate in our tradeshow, October 30th at the new Auburn Arena.  The attendees will include top turfgrass professionals from around the state and beyond including landscapers, sports turf managers, sod producers, lawn care professionals, park and recreation sports field managers and golf course superintendents.

The tradeshow will feature tabletop exhibits at the new Auburn Arena.  All exhibits will include a 6’ skirted table, two chairs, and two nametags for your company representatives.  Tradeshow hours will be Wednesday afternoon, October 30th, from 2-6 pm.  This will give ample time for attendees to visit with all exhibitors.

Immediately after the tradeshow reception, we will host the popular Membership Dinner and Live Auction in the Scholarship Terrance which overlooks the tradeshow/arena floor.  We encourage you take the opportunity to attend this event and enjoy networking with your customers over dinner and watching the bidding wars first hand.  If your company is able, we would appreciate any donations for our live auction.  Proceeds from this auction benefit our state’s turfgrass research unit and our annual scholarship.  Items that bring in the most revenue include turf product, golf packages, and tickets to sporting events, beach trips and loads of sod.  We welcome your imagination and your participation!

We also offer additional opportunities to show your support of our association and industry.  We encourage you to consider sponsoring the Annual Turfgrass Conference.  Sponsorships range from $200 to $2000.  All sponsors will be listed in the conference program and Turf Times magazine, receive signage at the conference and be recognized throughout the event.  Sponsorships will help offset the cost of the conference expenditures since this is our association’s biggest fundraiser for our operational budget.
