10am  The Event Opens! Bag Raffle, Memorial Baskets Auction, Vendors, Buckets of Cheer Raffle, Nail Trimming, Canine Massage, Bake Sale, "Meet the Fosters" all Open

10:30am - 12:30pm  Fun Run w/ Photo Finish Pics Open  Greys will run individually against the stopwatch! Will your dog place 1st, 2nd, 3rd or get the award for "Best Effort"? (Closed for lunch 12:30- 1pm)

11:00am  "The Fit Clinic" Interactive Workshop  We'll cover proper martingale, harness, muzzle and boot fitting, id tag placement, house collars and more - Located in the Merchant Building Social/Lunch Area

12 - 1pm Lunch  This is a pre-paid, catered meal that requires your choice during Online Registration to provide Bigfoot Smokehouse with an accurate advanced order. Very limited meals may be available for purchase on Event Day (on a first come basis) but, if you know you're gonna wanna eat, Register/Order No Later than September 15th!

12:30pm  Team Spirit Costume Parade & Contest  Show off your spirit for your favorite football team by decking-out your grey and maybe even yourself? in team or cheer gear! Let's get creative - a fantastic prize has been donated for the winner and will be awarded based on strongest applause!  

1:00 - 3:00pm  Fun Run Re-Opens

1:30 Greyhound Games: Musical Hoops! Located in the Merchant Building Social/Lunch Area

2:00pm  The Greyhound Inmate Experience Demonstration  Ever wondered just exactly those hand signals and commands are done? TGIE trainers will use our Grads to show us! Q&A session included after demo

2:50pm  Time to get those FINAL Bids in on Memorial Baskets and Silent Auction items! Must be present to win; items cannot be shipped

3:00pm  Memorial Baskets and Silent Auctions Close. Winners take their bid sheet(s) to the Cash Desk for payment by cash, debit or charge

3:10pm  LAST Chance to enter Trophy Prize, Cheer and Door Prize Raffles! Must be present to win Cheer Buckets; Door and Trophy Prizes can be mailed/delivered

3:15pm  Fun Run Winners Announced! Too pooped to stay? Winner's certificates can be mailed

3:15pm  FINAL Bag Raffle tickets into bags!

3:20pm  Cheer Buckets, Door Prize & Trophy Prize Winners Announced!

3:30pm  Bag Raffle Closes!  Please allow our volunteers time and space to pull & display all winning tickets! This a time-consumming process; thanks in advance for your patience! Items not claimed cannot be mailed

4:00pm  The 2022 Event Closes! Thank you all for helping to raise funds for GEM's Foster Greyhounds! The Event Committee hopes that you had a GREYT time!!
