CCAR Ethical Considerations for Recovery Coaches 

Ethical Considerations for Recovery Coaches is a 3 Day training that addresses many areas including: defining the coaching service role and functions, coaching standards, issues of vulnerability, ethical decision making, performance enhancement and legal issues. This course will help Recovery Coaches maintain good boundaries when serving others.

The Ethical Considerations program will now run for an additional 4 hours. Granting 16 CEUs!!!

Learning Objectives:
  • Understand what ethics are and why ethics are so important when performing Recovery Coach Services
  • Learn how to stay in your lane as a recovery coach
  • Understand the decision making process
  • Develop guidelines for making ethical decisions
  • Apply the new learning to your every day work as a RC

This course begins on Wednesday February 28, 2018  and Thursday, March 1, 2018  from 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. and Friday, March 2, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at The Radisson Hotel, 100 Berlin Road, Cromwell, CT 06416.

Participants who are interested in learning how to train the CCAR Ethics Curriculum are also invited to register for an optional Training of Trainers Program scheduled on Friday, March 2, 2018 following Ethics from 2:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m

Registration Fee is $300 which includes materials and lunch each day. Optional TOT can be added at registration for an additional $300.
