CCAR Recovery Coaching and Professionalism in Michigan

Recovery Coaching and Professionalism, a 12-hour curriculum, will prepare Recovery Coaches in 10 characteristics commonly associated with professionalism: accountability, appearance, etiquette, organizational skills, communication, ethics and boundaries, reliability, demeanor, maintaining poise, and competence.

We are proud to announce our collaboration with The ART of Coaching in Michigan as a CART Collaborative site. Core trainer, Kevin McLaughlin will facilitate this training.

What is the CART Collabrative?  CART Collborative sites are sites that have been vetted by CCAR's Center for Addiction Recovery Training (CART) as providing the same exceptional training programs many have traveled to Connecticut to receive.  The trainers and location have been approved by CART and will maintain the excellance and fidelity thousands have come to know and trust from our training programs.

The training begins on Monday, August 13, 2018 to Tuesday, August 14, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Baxter Community Center, 935 Baxter St SE. Grand Rapids, Michigan 49506

Participants who are interested in learning how to train CCAR Professionalism Curriculum are also invited to register for an optional Training or Trainers Program scheduled to follow each day on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 to Wednesday, August 15, 2018 for an additional 90 minutes.

Registration Fee is $250. Optional TOT can be added at registration for an additional $250.

Group Rates are Available!  Please contact Chenay Powell for promo code to use for multiple attendees, or if you have already attended the Professionalism training and just wish to attend the TOT portion.

Registration fees include participant materials and lunch each day of the training.

This course grants 12 CEUs.
