Successful farm transfer involves transitions of labor, management and assets to the next generation or owner. How do teams of coaches and other service providers handle the personal and family issues that arise?
 
Attorneys and other professionals will discuss legal and other tools to address these issues, the critical importance of good communication, and the value of using a team approach.

A panel discussion of the steps in the transfer planning process; the role of a "coach", and the team approach. We will also consider ways to form and work with farm transfer planning teams. Q & A.

This panel discussion, for attorneys and other service providers, will focus on the attorney's role in the planning team.  The place of asset transfer, business entities, wills and estates, retirement planning, along with related topics will be addressed.
