Familiarize yourself with Agency Law and current issues in residential real estate! In this class, students will earn 7.5 clock hours and become familiar with RCW 18.86, the Agency Law, while also being updated on legislative & legal changes in residential real estate. The content of this course pulls from two popular courses, Agency Law and CORE, to bring a full day of education to real estate agents in Washington!
This class meets the prescribed CORE curriculum by the Washington State Real Estate Commission and the Department of Licensing.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations requested more than ten days prior to the start of the course will receive a full tuition refund. Those received less than ten days prior to the first day will receive a 50 percent refund. After 12:00 p.m. the day before the course, there is NO refund.
