Do you know how hard it is to keep vintages of beer? Not only do you have to sit on it for years, but you also have to have the wherewithal to not drink it! But the time has come. Guests are invited for an evening of craft beer & food pairings!
Enter Avery Brewing and their "Demons of Ale" craft beer selections.
Guests will taste 6 different Avery brews (current & vintage), side by side and if this isn't enough, we’ll also be serving guests three, yes three, 3-course small plates to be paired with each beer prepared by Llywelyn's Culinary Director, Chris Whealen. All this for $26? This event will surely sell out. Don’t wait!
Demons of Ale, is a devilish conception. Our guests of honor, August 3rd, at Llywelyn's Pub Webster will be aged 2007 and 2010 Beast, aged 2006 and 2011 Samael, and aged 2008 and 2010 Mephistopheles. A common thread runs among all three: brewers establish a flavor profile to achieve, throw out all prior notions and perceptions of brewing limitations and proceed with the crafting of the beer. Warning: This beer has high alcohol content!

The END: An 80% dark chocolate square sits atop a house-made chocolate wafer. Topped with Mephistopheles-infused ganache and drizzled with caramel.
