PITCHING SUMMIT: Join premier college pitching coaches and learn from the best pitching minds in college softball! The 6th Annual Pitching Summit - presented by Cindy Bristow's Softball Excellence – will focus on the mental, physical and emotional topics required for pitching success in today's college game!

The Pitching Summit format consists of speakers, panel discussions, roundtable sessions, and networking opportunities covering topics such as Game Management, Pitch Development, Competitive Workouts, Seasonal Practices & much, much more!

HITTING SUMMIT: The Hitting Summit - presented by Cindy Bristow's Softball Excellence - is now in it's 4th year! The focus will be on the topics relevant to all aspects of hitting at the collegiate level, such as Developing Outstanding Hitters, How to Hit Different Pitches, Effective Hitting Drills, Hitting Mechanics & Analytics, and much more!

The Hitting Summit format consists of speakers, panel discussions, roundtable sessions, and networking opportunities.

REGISTRATION FEE:

• Pitching Summit - Early Registration Discount on or before July 3, 2020 - $349 (after July 3, 2020 - $449)
• Hitting Summit - Early Registration Discount on or before July 3, 2020 - $349 (after July 6, 2020 - $449)
• SPECIAL SAVINGS if you register for BOTH Summits - only $558 (20% discount!)
• NOTE:  Registration is limited and on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once the event is full registration will automatically close.
• NOTE:  We realize softball coaches at all levels would like to attend the 2020 Summits, however, enrollment is limited to College Coaches Only. Please DO NOT register if you are not currently coaching at the collegiate level. If you register and are not a college coach then your registration will be cancelled and your money refunded minus the processing fee charged by the Credit Card Company or PayPal.

• Authorized PO must be received prior to registration. Submit authorized PO to sales@softballexcellence.com or fax to (813) 315-6216
• When authorized PO has been processed you will receive a code to complete online registration.
• NOTE:  Completing online registration is required to reserve your spot at the Pitching Summit and/or Hitting Summit. Please note that paying by PO could delay your registration.

REFUND POLICY:

We understand that you may need to cancel your registration due to schedule conflicts or unforseen curcumstances.

In the event you must cancel your registration, you will receive a full refund of your Registration Fee minus a $50 processing fee up to July 3, 2020. Requests for refunds will not be honored after July 3, 2020. Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure.

You also have the option to send an alternate (college coach) to the event without additional charge any time before August 1, 2020.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Softball Excellence, LLC reserves the right to cancel the Pitching and/or Hitting Summit. Cancellation will result in full refund prior to the Pitching and/or Hitting Summit starting. If cancellation occurs during the Pitching and/or Hitting Summit, then the refund will be prorated.
