Connections Academy Info Night

Calling all Lorain County 8th and 9th graders! Join us for our Connections Academy Info Night to see our lab spaces, meet our instructors, and learn how you can start a career tech education in 9th and 10th grade.

9th Grade is for Career Readiness
Students get ready for their careers in a self-contained lab that introduces:

• Interpersonal Skills
• Job and Tool Safety
• LCJVS Career Research
• Cooperation and Collaboration
• Financial Literacy

10th Grade is for Career Exploration
Students explore different careers by shadowing labs in six-week rotations to prepare them to choose their two-year lab in 11th grade.

**This event is for students entering the 9th and 10th grade only. Our 11th and 12th grade labs will not be open at this time.**
