Lunch & Learn!
WHERE: ProCobots
WHEN:   October 24, 2019
TIME:     12 PM - 3:00 PM
(optional tour of Lesleh Precision with demo of the Henry Rifle polishing cell to follow)

This session has been designed with you in mind-- we're maximizing content and minimizing commitment... we know your time is valuable.

We'll start the day with a complimentary lunch at noon. You'll have the opportunity to network with colleagues learn more about LNS products, a company specializing in chip blasters, chip conveyors and barfeeders.

Beginning at 1 PM, you'll hear from our presenters:

Brian Knopp - ProCobots
ProCobots offers turnkey automated machine tending solutions for high mix and low volume production that can be connected to any new or existing machine tool. Their solutions require no experience with robotics and can be fitted to almost any machine tool in the market.  They will demonstrate the simplicity of programming, integration, and use of a robot to automatically load a machine tool.  Hands on demonstrations will also be available for those who are interested.

Michael Stumo - Coalition for a Prosperous America
The Coalition for a Prosperous America is the nation's premier nonprofit organization working at the intersection of trade, jobs, tax and economic growth. It is a bipartisan coalition of farmers & ranchers, manufacturers and labor groups working for a national strategy to eliminate the trade deficit, create good paying jobs and deliver broadly shared prosperity to America.

Sarah Fullwood  - Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence

The institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence (IEE), is part of the University of Pittsburgh's Innovation Institute. It has served businesses throughout Western PA for over 25 years. Offering a dynamic mix of consulting, education, and networking opportunities, the IEE strives to be an innovative leader in economic development in the region. Learn how their programs can benefit our membership, your business and you as an individual.

Following our presenters, you're invited to visit and tour Lesleh Precision.

The tour will demonstrate the use of robotics in high-volume manufacturing.  Lesleh produces parts that are used by Henry Repeating Arms.  Henry Repeating Arms is the leading lever action rifle manufacturer headquartered in Bayonne, NJ. You'll get to see a demo of the Henry Rifle polishing cell. This tour will take place at approximately 3 PM following the lunch and learn.
