Embezzlement:
Prevention, Detection and Litigation
It's in the headlines almost weekly:
Employee Embezzles Thousands from Area Business (As recently as a few weeks ago, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette featured
a story on employee embezzlement.) No matter how large or small, how sophisticated or transparent the business is, every company is susceptible to embezzlement. In this informative seminar, our panel of accounting, criminal, employment and litigation practitioners will discuss how to detect it, how to investigate it, how to respond to it, whether and when to bring in law enforcement authorities, and, most importantly, how to prevent it.
This seminar has been approved by the PA CLE Board for three (3) substantive CLE credits. The program has also been submitted for credit approval through SHRM and CPE.
