Actually, it's better than a talk show because you too can join the conversation by asking questions of Carmen and her guests. Carmen's smart look at culture change focuses on a wide variety of topics. She brings an insider's view of regulations, and reports on little changes happening in government, in attitude, in practice. Is the Household Model financially viable?  Like institutional nursing homes, no two Households are alike.  There isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution that works financially for every organization.  We'll identify the key Household Model financial drivers and how to navigate them to create a financially sustainable solution.  While no Household solution is universal, all organizations can afford to implement a solution customized for them.  We will explore the framework for success!
