FIVE LIVE, ONLINE CLASSES | APRIL 29 - JUNE 11, 2021

Prime yourself to choreograph and lead the 'dance' of Culture Change. Open up to deep self-awareness as you grow with others. You will come away with the confidence of a mature 'dancer'. You'll gain the knowledge needed to think through organizational change; and the skills necessary to design and facilitate change processes. Prepare yourself for a dramatic experience that will change your life as a facilitator of deep culture change. Come empty handed, leave with a box of tools you will be proficient at using including handouts, curricula, videos and other resources!

As participants, you will have the opportunity to learn and to experience a virtual tour of a nearby facility. Our meetings will be recorded, allowing you to review and discuss your work with each other. As a result you will benefit from this training whether you are a 'newbie', or a mature trainer. It will meet your needs whether you are knowledgeable about culture change and want to learn how to help others; or whether you are a skilled facilitator just learning the content of culture change for your changing organization. This intense session will bring you the opportunity for new friends and a support network for the development of your facilitation skills.

Prepare yourself to take a major facilitating role in shaping the future of long-term care.

Live sessions of this class will take place in manageable 2-hour time frames (afternoon) on April 29, May 18, May 25, June 4 and June 11.

There will be homework to complete offline, as well.

CONTINUING EDUCATION: his educational offering has been reviewed by the National Continuing Education Review Service (NCERS) of the National Association of Boards of Examiners of Long Term Care Administrators (NAB) and approved for 27.5 clock hours and 27.5 participant hours. (This includes remote sessions)
