Forest Bathing 

Take some time to relax and reconnect! Forest Bathing can help with physical, mental and emotional well-being. The many benefits of spending time in nature include reduce stress, improved immune system functioning and improved mood. Come join us for a walk! Everyone can benefit from a forest bathing experience.

Forest Bathing is a practice based on mindfully connecting to the natural world.  It is based on the Japensese practice of "shinrin-Yoku:
