IMPORTANT Information
All parents MUST read and sign the participant waiver found at the link below prior to their child attending the Junior Nature Explorer Camp. The signed waiver can either be emailed to Nancy Aspden at naspden@kawarthaconservation.com prior to camp or handed into the camp instructors at drop off.
Kawartha Conservation and Fleming Colleges Junior Nature Explorer Camp must be paid in full at the time of registration. If a participant is unable to attend the Junior Nature Explorer Camp a full refund will be given less a $5.00 administration fee IF the cancellation is made 10 business days before the first day of camp. If a cancellation is made less than 10 business days before day camp start the parent/guardian will NOT receive any refund whatsoever.
Kawartha Conservation and Fleming College reserves the right to cancel the Junior Nature Explorer Camp due to low attendance. To hold the Junior Nature Explorer Camp, a minimum of 10 or more participants is required. If less than 10 participants sign up for a session, Kawartha Conservation and Fleming College may cancel the Junior Nature Explorer Camp session. Parents/guardians will be notified of a Junior Nature Explorer Camp cancellation a minimum of 1 week before the first day of the Junior Nature Explorer Camp session. A full refund of the session will be given or the option to reschedule to another camp session, whichever option works best.
In the case of a family or medical emergency and cancellation of the Junior Nature Explorer Camp is necessary, please contact Kawartha Region Conservation Authority as soon as possible by telephone at 705.328.2271 Ext.218 or email naspden@KawarthaConservation.com. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
