About the Instructor - Jeff Andersen, Regulatory Counsel, PolicyWorks
In working with individual credit unions on a variety of federal regulatory compliance matters, Jeff provides strategic compliance direction while assisting credit unions with the day-to-day implementation and understanding of federal laws and regulations. Jeff also helps credit unions by reviewing disclosures and other materials, as well as conducting training to support credit unions' compliance efforts.
Prior to joining PolicyWorks, Jeff worked at the Dickinson Law Firm in the banking business law groups and focused his practice on helping financial institutions of all sizes meet their regulatory compliance responsibilities. Jeff received his law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law and his undergraduate from Iowa State University.
