Annual Fund and Alumni Relations: Measuring Performance to Improve Your Results

Annual Giving and Alumni Relations professionals play a key role in overall advancement success and in helping your institution raise more money. However, there are no easy answers on how best to measure effectiveness in these areas.   In today’s advancement shop, return on investment (ROI) is important to know and understand – not only for your major gifts program – but for all aspects of your program.  This webinar will provide you with specific approaches and methods to quantify the work of Annual Giving and Alumni Relations staff.

Led by Gonser Gerber consultants and advancement leaders who have proven success with performance metrics at their school, this workshop is designed for advancement and development leaders and directors, as well as staff in the annual fund and alumni relations programs.

Our program will cover these topics:

  •  Why Use Metrics?
  • Annual Fund Metrics That Matter
  • Alumni Relations Metrics
  • Using Metrics to Improve Results
  • How to Create and Implement Your Metrics Program

The fee is $295 per institution, which allows your entire team the opportunity to participate in this professional development at the same time. If you are a current client of Gonser Gerber, that fee is just $145. You will also receive a copy of presentation and a recording of the webinar with your registration.
