Successfully Launching the Public Phase of Your Campaign

You’ve spent years planning for your campaign, assessing internal readiness, developing an institutional vision and goals, researching potential campaign lead donors, recruiting campaign chairs and committees, and securing lead gifts during your quiet phase. But when do you go public? How do you continue the momentum of the quiet phase to secure major and leadership level gifts during the public phase? What happens to your campaign leadership during the public phase?

During this Gonser Gerber Institute, we will discuss when and how you should take your campaign public so that you are prepared for the work it will take to successfully finish your campaign.

Here are some of the issues we will address:

  • When to go public
  • Structuring the public phase
  • Leadership in the public phase
  • Solicitations in the public phase
  • Preparing for the celebration(s) and post-campaign

The fee is $295 per institution, which allows your entire team the opportunity to participate in this professional development at the same time. If you are a current client of Gonser Gerber Advancement Consulting, that fee is just $145. You will also receive a copy of presentation and a recording of the webinar with your registration.
