Calling all "Epi-curios" kids and chefs in training ages 7-12!
Do you have a child who loves to cook? You'll be happy to know we have the perfect summer activity for your little chef! Our kids summer camps are designed to teach your child how to cook like a professional. These camps are designed to teach your children the fundamentals of culinary technique - designed and taught by professional chefs , they include an element of fun. Each camp focuses ona different subject matter, but all camps have an emphasis on gaining confidence in the kitchen. Kids will learn about safety & sanitation, proper nutrition, knife skills and culinary technique - plus they'll work on team building, problem solving and of course FUN!
We take a very limited group for each camp. Siblings are welcome.
Each camper will recieve:
- Daily hands-on cooking instruction from our chefs
- Recipes to take home in an exclusive camp cookbook
- A personalized Apron to use in camp and then keep
- A snack and full lunch daily ( plus some treats occasionally!)
- A personalized certificate of completion at the end of camp
- An incredible, invaluable culinary experience that will last a lifetime!
This Week's Camp: Baking & Pastry Workshop
Ages : 7-12 only
Monday - Thursday Juuly 9th through 12th 9am to 1pm
This tasty & fun camp will teach your budding bakers all about the art of creating pastries - including the science of weighing & measuring, decorative techniques, and using standardized baking recipes. Campers will also create some savory dishes along with the sweets to be included in the day's meals.
Cost per Camper $250
