Join us for a one of a kind Tamale Class! Our hands on workshop will teach you how to make masa, tamale fillings and the authentic method of wrapping and steaming a traditional holiday tradition in Latin countries.

 

In our workshop you will learn how to make it all from scratch using authentic techniques. It's one of our favorite days of the year!

"Uptown Tamales" with Applewood Bacon & Goat Cheese, Salsa Verde

Barbeque Pulled Pork Tamales with Chipotle Aioli
