ABOUT the Workshop
This 2-hour workshop is held at the Cobb Chamber of Commerce at 240 Interstate North Parkway, Atlanta , GA 30339. You will learn how to prepare a concise, 3 to 8 page mini business plan. This plan is a condensed version of a more traditional business plan, which provides more details.
A mini plan includes the same vital information as the longer plan:
· Description of the business, its products and services
· Marketing and sales plan
· Management and operations
· Financial plan
You can use the mini business plan format to introduce your company to prospective investors, lenders, and potential business partners. It also gives you, the owner, a quick view of the strengths and weaknesses of your business, relative to the competition, and its overall feasibility.
The workshop emphasizes key financial aspects of starting and running a business with a particular focus on estimating capital requirements and understanding the difference between cash flow and profitability, a critical ‘must-know’ for any entrepreneur.
