He honed his skills and repertoire first at The French Culinary Institute at the International Culinary Center in New York City. He has over 20 years’ experience in various kitchens in Manhattan. He moved to New Jersey and provided private, in-home cooking lessons and catering services. With a true passion for teaching, he enjoys customizing his classes to meet the skills and needs of the students as well as incorporating new ideas to broaden his menus. He conducts almost 40 sold out cooking classes and demonstrations a year and has many satisfied students.
