Are you interested in being a real estate agent? How about becoming a real estate broker and owning your own business?  Are you seeking professional development training hours to maintain your current real estate license?  If you answered "Yes" to any of these questions, this course is meant for you.

Arkansas law requires a person to obtain sixty (60) hours of pre-license education prior to being approved to take the state exam to obtain a salesperson's license.

Course Overview

The 60 Hour Pre-licensure course is designed to cover the basics of the real estate industry from the aspects of consumer representation, legal instruments, environmental issues, property management, and various aspects of real estate ownership. The course not only provides the basics to help prepare sales and broker students to pass the state exams, but is also utilized by many individuals for professional development, personal knowledge of real estate and enhanced job opportunities.
