AutoCAD Level 1

Discover the basic princiles, tools and techniques needed to create and edit 2D drawings using the intricate AutoCAD software.  

Prerequisite
Paraticipants need a working knowledge of basic design/drafting procedures and terminology 

• Understanding the AutoCAD workspace & user interface
• Using basic drawing, editing and view tools
• Organizing drawing objects on layers
• Inserting reusable symbols (blocks)
• Preparing a layout to be plotted
• Adding text, hatching & dimensions
