SIX SIGMA GREENBELT 

Overview:

The online Six Sigma Green Belt Certification course will teach you how to streamline processes, improve business performance and supercharge your career.  Six Sigma Green Belts serve their organizations as trained specialist able to work on Six Sigma projects which benefit their organizaitons.  

This course is 100% online, self-paced and hosted within our Moodle learning system.  Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course material has been designed so that it is easily understood by beginners and those new to the discipline.  This course will prepare you to complete successful projects, improve your problem solving skills and fully understand the framework of DMAIC.  Our instructor is a Master Blackbelt and former Education Chair and Section Chairman for ASQ.  He currently works as a Lean and Six Sigma consultant for several companies as well as teaching Lean and Six Sigma courses.  

Learning Objectives:

• Lead and execute process-level improvement projects
• Collect process data and develop process maps
• Develop statisical hypotheses using simple statistical tools
• Design simple experiments and/or implementation plans that help validate improvement options
• Eliminate waste and defects by applying lean and six sigma
• Collect, analyze and quantify data that enable process improvements
• Learn how to execute the six sigma methodology
• Work with process owners to ensure process gains are held

Who Should Attend:

This course is desinged for individuals from diverse organizational functions-operations, quality, logistics, finance, production, engineering and other staff functions.  Participants are normally process owners or leaders and well versed in technical aspects of their jobs.
