Hosokawa Micron Powder Systems (HMPS) will host a free, in-house exhibition on Laboratory Equipment & Particle Analysis on Wednesday & Thursday, October 16 & 17, 2013 in Summit, New Jersey. This is a one day event - it is being offered twice permitting scheduling flexibility for guests. HMPS will demonstrate some of their most advanced laboratory instruments and discuss the principles and theories behind each technology. Select a date to attend on the registration page.

This program is recommended for research and development engineers, system designers and equipment operators in the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Food, Minerals, Cosmetic and Plastics industries or anyone interested in learning more about Hosokawa technologies.
- Mikro® Universal Milling System – Hosokawa’s laboratory model grinder capable of coarse grinding or fine grinding to D97 = 35 µm using either of the interchangeable rotor assemblies, knife, hammer or pins.
- Mikro Air Jet Sieve™ - MAJSx - The MAJSx is the latest and most advanced dry particle size analyzer designed to quickly measure powder samples in the range of 20 µm to 4,750 µm.
- Micron Viblette VBL – The VBL is a highly accurate wet sieve particle analyzer well suited for cohesive or sticky samples.
- Micron Powder Characteristics Tester PT-X – One of the most versatile and comprehensive instruments for determining the “Flowability and Floodability” of dry powders.
