ANEW's Diversity & Inclusion Summit 2021 

Join us at our 5th annual Diversity and Inclusion Summit, Blueprint to Implementation. This event will be held virtually in the month of June over 4 Thursdays and our in-person conference will be at the Tacoma Convention Center. This summit will be an opportunity for professional organizations to learn how to bring on and diversify their workforce while also preparing their workplace to retain their employees.

 As we continue to see a growth in our infrastructure, construction careers are a critical component to providing increased economic opportunities to all communities, with the expectations and responsibility of productivity, sustainability, continuity and jobsite culture. In addition to organizational regulations, it is imperative to implement a holistic approach to an inclusive workplaces and be outfitted with the resources to address that. 

We are excitred to be able to bring to you speakers, workshops and panel discussions that will provide these needed conversations to take back to your organizations to create a safe work place for all.

Virtual workshops will be offered June 3rd, June 10th, June 17th and June 24th from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM with the recording being available after the workshop is complete.
