Our experience in the workplace has a considerable impact on business, but also on one’s personhood. Employees that feel comfortable, have a sense of belonging, are given the opportunity to contribute, and grow professionally will be loyal to those companies that intentionally and actively promote what Dr. Kimberly Harden, Founder & CEO of Harden Consulting Group calls DEBIT Training™ (diversity, equity, belonging, interpersonal communication, and talent development). In this practical session, we explore ideas of what thriving, diverse, and innovative workplaces look and feel like and, most importantly, how to become one.
