FlexRadio Systems Banquet 2017 - Now with a Choice of Two Different Evenings with Focused Topics and Audiences for Networking

Please join us for our annual FlexRadio Systems banquet to be held on two different nights this year.  The first banquet, with topics/speakers focused on the Contest/DX community will be held Thursday, May 18, 2017 at the Hilton Garden Inn Dayton South/Austin Landing from 6-10pm.  Our second option, for everyone, will offer more in-depth presentations on our product offerings, hands-on demos, and more, and will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2017; same venue, same time.  We encourage you to pick a night that works for you and will give you the focused information you need, for the way you operate.

As in past banquets we will provide the latest updates from the FlexRadio team on products, software direction, partnerships, etc., and we are working to confirm one or two surprise guest speakers for brief updates to the evening's agenda.  Details are still being worked out but we will keep you informed along the way.

We are also offering our attendees guest rooms at a reduced rate.  We've set up a registration page with the hotel to allow our guests to register in the FlexRadio Systems room block.  Space is limited so I encourage you to book early.  Rates are $149/night and include one breakfast per standard room .   For room registration at the Hilton click the following link:

The banquet will be held from 6:00pm – 10:00pm with the following schedule:

• 6:00pm – Registration opens, cash bar and social networking begin
• 7:00pm – Plated dinner is served
• 8:00pm – Presentations begin with a Q&A at the end of the evening

Advance registration is required and seating is limited.  Cost is $45/person.
