ASIST: Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training 

Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is a two-day workshop that teaches participants to carry out life-saving interventions for people at risk of suicide. Training will be provided by Julie Reichenberger, MA, LPC and Carla CDE Baca, Ed.S., NCSP. Each participant will receive a CEU certificate for 15 CEU credits. Cost of the training is FREE, however registrants must pay $60 for the cost of the materials they will be using for the training. Participants will be able to keep materials following workshop.

The training is from 8:15am to 4:30pm, please arrive early, we allow people into the training room at 8am.

Lunch will be provided by HIghlands Behavioral Health System.
