Bio

A 10+Year member of the National Speakers Association, Delatorro is One of the Youngest CSPs in the World earning the coveted CSP Designation at the ripe age of 33. This designation alone places him in the top 7% of paid speakers worldwide. Delatorro has spoken in 49 of the 50 US states (only missing Alaska) and abroad and has delivered well over 3500 paid presentations to major corporations, professional associations, conventions, pro-sports teams, churches, and leadership conferences. His list of corporate clients includes Johnson & Johnson, New York Life, JP Morgan Chase, Prudential, Accenture, State Farm, Sagicor and the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table where he was the Keynote Speaker last June to 10,000+ professionals from 80 countries and in January 2016 he served as the Keynote Speaker for The MDRT Experience and Global Conference in Hong Kong, China speaking to 9,500 Financial Professionals from 20 Asian Countries. 

As a global Television Personality, Delatorro McNeal has been featured on national and worldwide television networks like FOX, ABC, NBC, BET, TBN, Daystar and Oxygen as well as syndicated radio shows all across America. In 2014 he produced his own PBS-caliber Infomercial based on his best-selling book Caught Between a Dream and a Job. In 2016, Delatorro became  the Executive Producer and Star of THE KEYNOTE a brand new inspirational business Reality TV Show based on the speaking industry which launched in the summer of 2016.

When he’s not on stages all over the globe or hosting his own events - Delatorro enjoys riding his motorcycle, raising his 2 daughters Miracle and Hope, and playing racquetball.
