Don't Miss The 15th Clusterbusters Conference!!
Due to concerns about Covid-19, The Clusterbusters team has made the difficult and heartbreaking decision to cancel our in-person conference planned for this September in Chicago, Illinois. Due to risks of Covid-19 and restrictions in place in Illinois, we believe this is the only prudent course of action.
We will be hosting a virtual conference in September instead. More details regarding this event will be available as soon as possible.

If you have already paid your registration fees and would like to have full access to the virtual event, the fee is $40 per person, and we will refund the remaining balance.

Hotel Fees

If you have booked a hotel room through our booking link with the host hotel, the Embassy Suites Chicago O’Hare Rosemont, your reservation will be automatically cancelled by the hotel. If you have any questions regarding your hotel reservation, you can contact Amy Hansen at Amy.Hansen@hilton.com.
Travel Expenses

Most airlines have flexible policies currently, but if you need any assistance from us with documentation of the event cancellation or advice, please contact us at conference@clusterbusters.org.
We miss our community so much and were really looking forward to all the hugs and comradery that are the backbone of our conference. We understand that some people are still considering traveling to Chicago to meet with friends, but we will not be hosting any social events. For full disclosure though, we do want to share that we do plan to have a skeleton crew in Chicago to host the virtual event. We will only be doing this if it is safe, but we will not allow others to join us to maintain safety. We do not want to encourage others to congregate.
We’ll just have to wait for 2021 to do all of this in person, and we are looking forward to it. We will be having the 2021 conference in Chicago at the same hotel. We also plan to host our first annual Cure for Cluster Cocktail party in April, 2021 in New York City. Our annual Virtual 5k will take place in June of next year, and we will likely be announcing some other exciting events soon. Please stay safe and reach out if you need support or have any questions.

Meeting another "clusterhead" in person is one of the more meaningful experiences previous conference attendees share with us when asked for feedback, so come for this reason alone.
Even virtually, we promise to make this an event that brings us together. This community is strong and can survive this pandemic.
