Peter C. Brehm, J.D., LL.M., CVA is small business and tax  attorney, and Certified Valuation Analyst through NACVA.  He is an adjunct  professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and frequent presenter of seminars for attorneys and business owners on valuation, succession planning, and small business issues.  Peter earned his J.D., and Masters of Law and Taxation from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul.

Steven E. Ness, is a small business attorney who has been advising small businessowners for more than 25 years on business planning, sales, acquisitions, and successionplanning. He is a member of the Hennepin County and Minnesota Bar Associations.He is also on the Minnesota Supreme Court’s list of neutrals, is a member of theAmerican Arbitration Association, and the National Arbitration Forum. Steven earnedhis J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul.
