Our theme for this year is broadly defined as "Loving Our Neighbors." And we know there is often a crunch at the point between loving ourselves and loving others, whether that means close family members or helping a distant democratic country like Ukraine. If we feel powerless to change a situation, how can love be our guide? When does love mean letting go? What did Jesus mean when he said to his disciples: "Love one another as I have loved you." And how does that apply to our neighbors, near and far?
