LEAGUE SUBSTITUTION LIST

There is a single $15 fee to sign up as a Substitute League player** -- regardless of how many leagues you select to be a substitute for.

**fee waived if you also sign up for a league.

Do NOT pay the fee if you are have also paid to register for one of our leagues.
