An overview of the Supreme Court decision, Clark v. Rameker, and the implications for inherited IRAs. Review available estate planning tools to provide protection for inherited IRAs.  Learn  how: 1) retirement plans fit into the comprehensive estate planning process: 2) to properly designate a trust as a beneficiary of a retirement plan; 3) to protect retirement assets from the creditors of beneficiaries; and 4) the drawbacks of having “my estate” as a plan beneficiary.   Approved for 1 hour of CE credit.  A light breakfast will be provided.
