Inspiring Change & Celebrating Careers
Annual Go Women Event  with Sarah Travers

Join Causeway Enterprise Agency on the 11th March for our Annual Go Women Event to celebrate International Women's Day.

This year the theme is "Inspiring Change" and we are delighted to welcome Annie Rooney co-founder of Suki Tea as our key note speaker and Sarah Travers of The Magazine as our compere.  The event starts at 6.30pm with a fork supper, networking and a wide array of stalls from local business women.

We have a variety of local female crafters who have set up stalls for the evening so you can pick up a treat for yourself or a nice gift for mothers day. We will also be holding a raffle with lots of fantastic prizes and all proceeds going to charity.

Key Note Speaker: Annie Rooney of Suki Tea

Having worked for years as a TEFL teacher abroad Annie fell in love with Tea Houses while working in Asia.
Upon her return to Ireland Annie was dismayed to note that while we Irish are a nation of tea drinkers it was fresh ground coffee that was heavily featured on cafe menus while tea seemed to be the poor relation. Discover how Suki Tea has transformed our cafe menus and our perceptions of tea drinking forver.

Compere UTV's Sarah Travers of The Magazine

No stranger to change Sarah has transformed from newsreader to successful chat show host in a year. Since hosting our event in 2013 Sarah's career has reached new heights with her tremdoulsy successful show UTV's "The Magazine" on Friday nights. Sarah has interviewed world class guests including Garth Brooks, Ross Kemp, Jimeon McKeown and even Dolly Parton but tonight she will turn the spotlight on local female talent to celebrate International Womens Day 2014.
