The 2020 Business Summit features two keynote speakers:
Dr. Ray Perryman, President/CEO of The Perryman Group, is one of the nation's leading financial analysts, whose advice is often sought by members of Congress, judges, regulators and other officials through the US and internationally, and is an expert on all things Texas economics. Dr. Perryman will provide Summit attendees with his latest assessment on the state of the Texas economy
Flip Flippen, Founder/Chair of Flippen Group, is a New York Times best-selling author and international leadership development expert who has brought transformation to many Fortune 500 companies, governments, sports teams, and non-profit corporations. Scheduled to speak at Davos later this year, Flip is a local legend whose expertise is helping clients build relationships and processes that bring out the best in people. His attendance at this year’s Summit is sponsored by FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies. All event attendees, virtual or in-person, will receive a copy of his latest book, Your Third Story, sponsored by West, Webb, Allbritton and Gentry PC.
In addition, Texas Secretary of State Ruth Hughs is scheduled to provide an update on the Texas business landscape in a session sponsored by Stafford Barrett. International finance expert Tony Okomoradu from Texas A&M Mays Business School will speak to the Brazos Valley's role in the global marketplace.
Drs. Dennis Jansen and Andrew Rettenmaier from the Texas A&M Private Enterprise Research Center will present a year-end review of their monthly Economic Indicators of the College Station-Bryan MSA report to provide a comprehensive picture of the Bryan/College Station economic landscape.
