Presented by Lynne McDonald (Eastern Bank) and Michelle Lord (Eastern Insurance)

Criminals are constantly searching for new ways to obtain money from banks, businesses and their customers through fraudulent activities. As businesses and their customers rely more on electronic transactions to conduct their business, vulnerabilities increase.  Attend this workshop to learn about and discuss:

  • Four types of bank fraud and ways to set up protection controls
  • Best practices for protecting your bank accounts and your company’s assets
  • What your insurance covers if you experience bank fraud

Lynne's and Michelle's presentation will be informative, engaging, and interactive.  They will answer questions during their presentation and will also be available after to answer questions one-on-one.
