We are pleased to announce the DECA Spring 2018 conference being held at The Westin Verasa Napa in Napa, California!

DECA Board meeting and Welcome reception is Wednesday April 18, 2018 and the meetings are scheduled Thursday April 19, 2018 and Friday April 20, 2018. Meetings are from 8 AM- Noon

Hotel Reservations must be made no later than March 20^th, 2018  

After the reservation due date, it is at the Hotels discretion whether to accept reservations which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability. All rooms that are not picked up will be released back into general inventory. Group rooming list will not be uploaded until day of reservation due date.

Room Types: The hotel has no double bedded rooms; all rooms have king beds. Our One and Two bedroom King Suites have a separate bedroom and a pullout sofa bed in the living area. The upgrade fee from a deluxe to a one bedroom suite is $70 per night.

°        Traditional (TRD) – STAFF ROOM-   King bed with view

°        Deluxe (DLX) - King bed, kitchenette and French balcony  

°        One Bedroom Suite (1BK)- King bed, sofa bed pullout, kitchenette, French balcony  

Pre and Post Stays: The hotel has provided the group the option to come in a few days prior stay a few days after the event at the same group rates (based on hotel availability). They do not guarantee any rooms, but are happy to offer if available. Sun-Thursday the Deluxe King room is $229 per night (not including fee and taxes) and the rate for Friday and Saturday the rate per night is $279.00
