DECA Board meeting and Welcome reception is Wednesday October 17, 2018 and the meetings are scheduled Thursday October 18, 2018 and Friday October 19, 2018. Meetings are from 8 AM- Noon

DECA group code is:  DEC1018  – the process for the group code works as noted below; please keep in mind that anyone requesting to stay pre or post dates, it is recommended to call in directly for the best availability. 

 In order to assign individuals to specific rooms, room reservations will be required.  Guests will have two options in which to make their reservations:

 · Individual Call In:

Guests will be able to phone in their reservation request to the following number: 877-726-3111 between the hours of 8am-8pm. It is important that each guest or attendees contact the Resort by Sunday, September 16, 5:00 PM, identify themselves as part of your group, Driver Employer Council, and provide guest name, method of payment, check-in and check-out dates.  Each reservation will be charged a one night stay as deposit. If the individual attendee provides an email address, the Resort will confirm their reservation via email within 24 hours of booking. Room cancellations must be made no later than seven (7) days in advance in order to avoid the cancellation charge of one night’s room and tax.

 · Online Reservation:

Reservations can also be made online, through the web address at www.Sandpearl.com.  Each of the Group’s attendees must identify themselves with the group code, DEC1018, by selecting “Special Code” and then selecting “Group/Block Code” from the drop down list.  It is important that each guest or attendees make their online reservation by Sunday, September 16, 5:00 PM. Each reservation will be charged a one night stay as deposit.  The Resort will confirm their reservation via email within 24 hours of booking. Room cancellations must be made no later than seven (7) days in advance in order to avoid the cancellation charge of one night’s room and tax.
