A gentle yoga class designed for all abilities. Class will consist of a series of yoga poses that can be done seated or standed. Poses can be adjusted to make you feel more energetic or grounded depending on what you need. We will incorporate breathwork into our practice to encourage the mind and body to relax. Yoga can improve circulation, increase strength, and encourage greater mobility. All are welcome.
