About our speaker:
Steve Naumchik was admitted to the California Bar in 2000. He served in the Public Defender's Office until 2003, having tried approximately 24 jury trials. Since joining the Law Offices of Todd Rothbard in 2003, Mr. Naumchik has handled thousands of commercial and residential unlawful detainer actions, involving issues ranging from nonpayment of rent to nuisance and illegal activity. His litigation experience in this arena consists of ongoing law and motion practice, settlement negotiations and trials, both bench and jury trials.
Mr. Naumchik regularly serves as a speaker at seminars with respect to Landlord/Tenant law. He is a graduate of San Jose State and the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific. Graduating with distinction, Mr. Naumchik was a member of McGeorge Law Review, which included two published law review articles in the Review of Selected California Legislation.
