REQUIRED BUS WAIVERS FOR CUNY STUDENTS

If you're a CUNY student riding a bus from NYC, we need a signed copy of the CUNY Off Campus Activity Participation, Waiver, and Emergency Contact Form AND a copy/photo of your CUNY ID for you to attend. Organizers working for NYPIRG will collect waivers at on-campus trainings for the advocacy day. You can also download the waiver form here, print it, fill it out and email photos of all of the pages AND your CUNY ID to HigherEdActionDay@nypirg.org.

SUNY's statewide Student Assembly is partnering with local student governments and UUP chapters to coordinate buses. The details are still being worked out. Event organizers will contact you to confirm you attendance and transportation. Regions where buses are likely to originate from are listed on the registration page.
