Thank you for your interest in Family Transition Place's (FTP's) Healthy Relationship Workshop being held virtually via Zoom for youth ages 10-13.

FTP's Youth Education Team is proud to facilitate a workshop focusing on the key characteristics of healthy and unhealthy relationships, how to maintain healthy relationships, and what we can do if the relationship is not healthy. The information and activities chosen for this workshop are presented in a multi-media format utilizing interactive games. The workshop will be both informative and fun and we look forward to working with the participants.

This workshop will begin on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. A link to attend this virtual workshop will be sent to you via email upon registration. We request a maximum of two children per device.

We want to ensure that they are making a difference, and will ask our workshop participants to complete a brief online survey to be sent out after the workshop.

REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON TUESDAY, JULY 7, 2020.

REQUIRED READING - Please read the following documents and confirm that they have been read and understand during the next steps of the registration process.
