Nancy will review the changes in the tax world including:
Nancy Yan is a tax partner with Cadesky and Associates LLP. She received her MBA from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA) and Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP). She is a member of the Tax Specialist Group (TSG) and a member of the International Tax Specialist Group (ITSG).
Nancy specializes in advising privately held businesses and their shareholders on corporate and personal tax planning, international business structuring, trust, estate and succession planning. Nancy has also assisted clients with tax audits and appeals on a wide variety of matters. Nancy is co-editor of Taxation of Real Estate in Canada (Carswell) and is a regular speaker at a number of professional seminars in Canada.
