Earth Day Science Fair, An unique opportunity to bring awareness about our universal Mother Earth and how to take care of our only planet.
VT SEVA houston Annual Earth Day Sceince fair 2021, would like to encourage kids to showcase their science knowledge through models/prototypes, display structures, and research analysis. You can select any topic related to Earth Day, Conservation of energy, Global Warming, ozone layers, Ocean pollution, Reduce and Recycle, Natural Resources, Modern technology to help mother earth, Carbon emission, Gardening, Research, New invention, solar energy, Wind energy, Battery Cars and more .
All kids from grades Pre K-12 are welcome!

Event Date: May 22nd ,2021
The event will be held on zoom, the link will be emailed after registration.
DEADLINE to submit videos: May 20th 2021
No resubmissions
No group presentations
Videos should be named with first name, last name, grade, and topic. (Ex: First_Last_Grade_Topic)
Name, grade, and topic should be mentioned in the video
Elementary Kids: Preschool - 2nd grade
1. Poster Presentation: Maximum 3 minutes
2. Costume Contest: Maximum 2 minutes, should be able to talk about their costume
3rd - 5th grade
Tri-fold presentation, maximum 4-5 minutes
Middle School:6th - 8th Grade
1. Tri-fold presentation with a working model (Ex: Garden bed, real-life example)
2. Impromptu speaking contest (Elocution contest) up to 4 minutes to speak. Live presentation
High School:9th - 12th grade
1. PowerPoint presentation: Maximum 5 minutes. Live Presentation
2. Impromptu speaking contest up to 4 minutes. Live Presentation
First and Second Prize for Each grade
Scholarship awards

** Live presentation on the event day May 22nd , 2021, 3 pm Cst to 5 pm Cst.

**VT Seva houston Earth day science fair started in the year 2018 to support Environmental Pillar. Till date about 10 scholorships have been awarded to the students /Participants .
