Navisworks Manage is a collaboration software that supports coordination, analysis and communication of design intent and constructability.  Attendees will learn: how to create a central federated model and employ different methods for transferring files for use in the federated model; how to link models from all trades into a singular federate model and create clash detection reports to identify collisions between trades; appearance profile setup for color coding disciplines for easier visualization of different trade's modeled content; how to navigate and "fly through" the model; and how utilizing the model can benefit field personnel and reduce rework.

Within 2 years of starting at SSC, McQuade was responsible for developing company standards and maintaining quality control on all Revit projects within the company. In 2014, he was promoted to Mechanical Designer and started with Mechanical Solutions in March of 2015 as an Engineer / BIM Coordinator.
