How to Analyze Problems and Make Decisions with Extreme Confidence


Managing the process of problem-solving requires tools and techniques that take out the guesswork and result in conclusions you’re confident are the best ones. Problem-solving and decision-making is stressful, takes time and resources, and the ability to make sense of it all. Can you block out all the noise that impedes sound judgement?  In this workshop, you’ll be introduced to tools that make the process of decision-making easier and more interactive.

Following this in-person session, you will have access to 4-weeks of micro-learning on the subject matter from Dale Carnegie.  Micro learning is in the form of 2-5 minute weekly emails, articles, videos and research-based best practices. All mico learning is designed to reinforce, remind, and reiterate the key concepts from this live session. 

This workshop is designed to meet the needs of any company employee in the mechanical contracting industry.
