Do your company field personnel have all the information they need to run a successful jobsite? As the contractor’s primary field representative, it is imperative that foremen understand how their company is obligated to perform as a condition of the general contract.
This session will familiarize field personnel with critical, specific terms and contract conditions that govern their work. Industry standards for subcontract agreements and general conditions will be discussed and reviewed. The topics to be explored are: Contract documents, “rules of the road”, scope, schedule, payment terms, flow down clauses, changes in the work, terminating contracts, delays, disputes, temporary facilities, site and safety requirements, notification requirements, warranty procedures, and project bonding requirements.
This seminar is designed to meet the needs of foreman and field personnel.
